**Job Title: Machine Shop Project Manager** **Job Description** As a Machine Shop Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our machine shop. You will be responsible for estimating cycle times of machines, coordinating raw material orders, and working closely with customers on project timelines. You will also engage with ERP systems, read blueprints, structured BOMs, and interpret quality requirements. Additional responsibilities include job routing, quoting, sales, adding new accounts, maintaining and growing existing accounts, customer communication, job follow-up/tracking, and reviewing profitability. You will collaborate with the Scheduler and Shop Foreman to review production schedules and manage specialized customer requirements, keeping all related internal files and records up-to-date. **Hard Skills** + project management + machinist + blue prints **Soft Skills** + customer communication + sales + account maintenance **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Toledo, Ohio. **Work Environment** This is a first shift position from 7:00am-4:00pm.
