Machine Shop Supervisor
**Job Title: Machine Shop Supervisor** **Responsibilities** + Oversee the lathe department in precision machining operations. + Familiarity with Mazatrol and other programs to assist as needed. + Oversee operations on various CNC and DMG turning machines with a team of machinists and operators. + Manage setups, operations, tooling changes, and troubleshooting. + Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. + Oversee material orders of aluminum, stainless steel, nickel, etc. + Provide guidance and support to machinists, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Leadership skills. + Ability to read blueprints. + Experience with tight tolerances. + Strong mathematics skills, including shop math. + Proficiency in using measuring tools. + Experience with Manual Mills and Lathes. + Proficiency in CNC and Lathe machining. + Experience with DMG turning machines. + Knowledge of GD&T, Mazatrol, and other machining programs. **Why Work Here?** Employee Stock Ownership Plan fully vested with multiple payout options.
