**Job Title: Machine Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our team at a leading manufacturer of aerosol cans for home care, automotive, and repellents. Our clients include notable companies such as 3M, Energizer, Armor All, and WD-40. As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, performing changeovers, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of high-speed lines and specialized automated equipment including labeling, packaging, cappers, and tippers. Additional responsibilities include training employees, filling out changeover forms, handling quality issues and paperwork, and basic facilities maintenance. This role requires effective communication with line leads, operators, and upper management, serving as a liaison between Operators, Supervisors, Technicians, and Quality Control. **Hard Skills** + 5 years as a Machine Operator + Setting up machines + Performing changeovers + Troubleshooting high-speed lines + Handling quality issues and paperwork + Basic facilities maintenance **Soft Skills** + Effective communication + Training employees + Liaison skills between multiple departments **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Edgerton, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** Very well-lit, clean, automated, and climate-controlled facility. The working hours are: 1st shift: 5:30 am - 2:30 pm (M-F) with possible OT starting at 4:30 am; 2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 1:00 am (M-TH); 3rd shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (every other Saturday is voluntary, with opportunities for additional hours).
