**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Our client produces plastic bottles for various industries, including home care, professional cleaning, food and beverage, nutrition and wellness, ice melt, and pet care. With 52 years of industry experience, they were recently recognized as one of the best places to work in 2023. **Responsibilities** + Operate blow-molding and injection molding machines. + Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed. + Perform routine maintenance, including preventative maintenance, greasing, cleaning, small repairs, and diagnosing issues. + Utilize hand and power tools when required. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of experience operating machines. + Experience in troubleshooting machine issues. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance. + Familiarity with hand and power tools. + Knowledge of blow molding and injection molding processes. + Ability to set up machines as required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of experience setting up and troubleshooting blow mold and plastic injection mold machines. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Why Work Here?** Our client offers a great culture and team environment, recently being recognized as one of the best places to work in 2023. The smaller facility size fosters a close-knit team environment. **Work Environment** Day Shift: 7 am to 7 pm (rotating - 4 days on, 4 days off). Night Shift: 7 pm to 7 am (rotating - 4 nights on, 4 nights off). The facility is brand new, built in 2020, and is highly automated and climate controlled.
