Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation to increase productivity; and decrease downtime and wasteAssume an active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. The position requires assisting with all jobs on the plant floorFollow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out proceduresOther duties as assigned

                                                

 

Basic Qualifications:

High School Graduate or GEDBe passionate about maintaining a safe work environmentAble to pass pre-employment testsMust be able to sit, stoop, and bend continuouslyMust be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently during the scheduled work hoursMust be able to work overtime and weekends as neededUnderstand that temperatures and volume of work may vary 

 

Knowledge. Skills & Abilities:

Be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnelAbility to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importanceStrong verbal communication skillsThrive in a cross-functional team environmentWork with a sense of urgency to reduce the downtime of machines
