**Job Title: Fabrication Specialist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Fabrication and Welding Specialist to join our team. This role involves shaping, cutting, and assembling metal components to create structures and products using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading blueprints, operating machine shop equipment, and maintaining and repairing equipment in a food manufacturing facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Shape, cut, and assemble metal components using welding techniques.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to guide fabrication tasks.
+ Operate various machine shop equipment, including CNC machinery.
+ Maintain and repair equipment within the food manufacturing facility.
+ Complete work orders and enter data into a computer system accurately.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in lathe, mill, and manual mill operations.
+ Expertise in various welding techniques including TIG, MIG, and flux core welding.
+ Experience with fabrication and machining.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, press brakes, and tape measures.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Certification or formal training in welding and machining.
+ Experience in stainless steel fitting and TIG welding.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
