**Duties and Responsibilities:** + Set up and operate various machine tools to manufacture precision parts and instruments. + Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine necessary machining operations. + Perform routine maintenance on machines to maintain optimal performance. + Monitor feed rates and speeds during machining to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products. + Inspect finished parts to verify they meet specifications, making adjustments as needed. + Collaborate with engineers and team members to develop and improve machining processes. **Education and Experience:** + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. + Minimum of 12 months of experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments. **Pay Details:** $27.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
