**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will produce precision parts and tools by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery. **Key Responsibilities:** + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design models. + Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they are running at the correct speed and feed rate. + Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or errors. + Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications. + Perform routine maintenance on machines and replace tools or parts as needed. + Adhere to all safety standards and regulations. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a CNC Machinist. + Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. + Mechanical aptitude and good math skills. + Understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM. + Experience using precision tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers). + High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship is a plus. **Shift:** Monday- Thursday 5:30AM-4:00PM **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
