This person will be responsible for utilizing our equipment to machine high quality parts utilized in our windows, tools, jigs, fixtures and manufacturing process equipment.  

Highlights of your role Possess safe work habits and maintain good housekeeping at all times Self-starter who works well both independently and in team settings Willingness to learn and work in other trade skill areas as needed   Must be detail oriented and able to read prints/drawings Must have a good understanding of the process of machining parts, how to determine the required tasks and the sequence of those tasks Must be able to select the proper machine(s) for the job at hand  Must be proficient at setting-up and operating lathes, CNC mills and other fabrication equipment. Must be able to make precise measurements in order to produce high quality parts Additional duties include but not limited to industrial machine troubleshooting/repair   You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Two-year technical Machinist degree preferred Two years’ experience in a machine shop apprentice program with some experience in machining  Some machine design and assembly experience a plus.   Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments and job roles

Schedule: Monday -Thursday 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. OT as required. Some limited weekend project work as business needs require.
