Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machining parts and performing one setup per day. This role involves using G code, M code, offsets, setup procedures, conversational programming, calipers, micrometers, programming, bar feeders, manual machining, and operating forklifts.

ResponsibilitiesMachine parts with precision and efficiency.Perform one setup per day using G code and M code.Utilize offsets and conversational programming techniques.Operate calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools.Program and operate CNC machines with bar feeders.Perform manual machining tasks as required.Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.Essential SkillsProficient in G code and M code.Experience with offsets and setup procedures.Conversational programming skills.Ability to use calipers and micrometers.Experience with programming and operating CNC machines with bar feeders.Manual machining skills.Forklift operation experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with electrical assembly of production equipment or heavy-duty manufacturing equipment is required.Experience with assembling small electrical products alone is not sufficient.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our facility is well-lit, temperature-controlled, clean, and organized. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are willing to train new hires and are open to paying competitively to retain and attract quality talent. Please note that overtime may be mandatory at certain times, and candidates must be open to working OT as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flowery Branch, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
