**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be adept at performing their own set-ups and runs on the machine, and possess a strong understanding of height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and blueprint interpretation. Familiarity with Fanuc Controls is essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal training. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist. + Proficiency in performing set-ups and runs on the machine. + Strong understanding of height gauges, calipers, micrometers, and blueprint interpretation. + Experience with Fanuc Controls. + Ability to work independently and hit the ground running. **Work Environment** The CNC machine shop environment is smaller, with around 50 employees, fostering a family-like atmosphere. The 1st shift hours are from 7am-3:30pm with potential for overtime including Saturdays from 7am-noon. Dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and steel-toed shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
