**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** **Shift: 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday through Friday** **Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00/hour** We are currently seeking a skilled machinist to join our small machine department specializing in HAAS operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining within a manufacturing environment and be responsible for a variety of machine shop operations. **Responsibilities** + Review prints before beginning production. + Perform typical machine shop operations including setup, communicating with coworkers and management about production runs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. + Perform tasks such as milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, sawing, and sanding. + Assist in other work areas including fabrication, lay-up, and sand blasting. + Maintain all paperwork, time logs, quality inspection sheets, and rework sheets. + Ensure the quality of each part meets specifications. + Load and run programs, understand and navigate through program database. **Essential Skills** + Machinist experience with CNC and machine operation. + Proficiency in manufacturing processes. + Ability to read blueprints. + Strong math skills. + Use of tape measure. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
