Machinist

**Adecco Staffing is looking for an experienced CNC and or Manual Machinist with the ability to setup/run lathes, milling machines and or grinders in order to produce various precision metal parts. This position is Contract-Hire or DIRECT HIRE paying entirely based one experience.**
Below are full job duties:
**Work Hours/Pay**
+ 7AM-3:30 PM Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.
+ $20-$28/hr.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints with the ability to determine the sequence of steps required to machine the part.
+ Read, interpret and follow written instructions
+ Follow verbal instructions
+ Setup and run machine tool with correct feeds and speeds required to produce a part that meets the specifications
+ Use manual measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and indicators to document that the part meets the specifications
+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
+ Maintain an organized and clean workspace
**Skills/abilities**
+ Use simple math and trigonometry
+ Use hand tools
+ Programing skills a plus
+ Lift 50 lbs
+ Mechanical aptitude and welding experience a plus
+ 5 years experience preferred

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
