**Job Title: CNC Machinist$$$$$25- 30** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can handle all aspects of machining. The ideal candidate will be able to set up, operate, and run machines efficiently. This role requires someone with 3-5 years of experience who can start immediately and contribute effectively. Additional responsibilities include operating other machines and maintaining a clean shop environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and run CNC machines + Perform tool changes and machine setups + Read blueprints accurately + Use micrometers and calipers to ensure quality + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Assist with the operation of other machines as needed **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in machining + Proficiency with micrometers and calipers + Ability to read blueprints + Experience with tool changes, setup, and operation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Programming and program editing skills + 5-10 years of machining experience **Why Work Here?** Our shop is a well-maintained, climate-controlled environment with opportunities for growth. The work hours are 6am to 4pm Monday through Thursday for the 1st shift and 8pm to 6am Sunday through Thursday for the 2nd shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
