**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist with at least 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in machine set-ups, operations, and interpreting blueprints. Experience with Fanuc Controls and a solid understanding of height gauges, calipers, and micrometers is crucial. This role requires an individual who can start immediately with minimal training and direction. **Responsibilities** + Perform set-ups and runs on CNC milling machines. + Utilize and interpret blueprints accurately. + Operate and maintain Fanuc Controls. + Use height gauges, calipers, and micrometers effectively. + Work with Haas, Kia, and Doosan machines. + Handle Mill Turn operations and G Codes/M Codes. + Operate a two-machine cell with live milling tooling and twin spindles. + Maintain a safe and organized workspace. **Essential Skills** + At least 2+ years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist. + Proficiency in machine set-ups and operations. + Strong understanding of height gauges, calipers, and micrometers. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with Fanuc Controls. + Knowledge of Haas, Blueprints, Micrometers, Calipers, and CNC mill. + Ability to operate 3 Axis Mill and Mill Turn lathe. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have their own tools including 6” calipers, 0-1 inch micrometer, dial indicator, edge finder, wrenches, dead blow hammer, and Allen wrenches. + Experience with live milling tooling and twin spindle operations. + Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others. **Why Work Here?** Join a close-knit, family-oriented team in a smaller work environment.
