**Job Description** We are seeking a 1st shift set up machinist to join our team in Southbridge, MA. The successful candidate will be working in the CNC department, collaborating with toolmakers to create fixtures, changing tooling and tool paths, and hand beveling parts. **Responsibilities** + Mounting own parts + Working with toolmakers to create fixtures + Changing tooling and tool paths + Hand beveling parts + Machine set up involving 15-20 different dimensions + Maintaining a clean workspace + Moving parts to shipping + Handing off work to second shift operators **Hours** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr. - relaxed, comfortable culture - flexible with time off - profit sharing and bonuses when company is doing well - people based management team - health, dental, vision, 401k - 2 weeks paid vacation **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Sturbridge,MA. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Feb 28, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
