Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Machining Operations: Plan and execute complex machining operations with precision.Fabrication & Assembly: Fabricate and assemble various product parts, tooling, and assemblies of different types and sizes.Tool & Die Work: Perform jig, fixture, tool, and die work to support production needs.EDM Machine Operation: Program, set up, and operate Sodick EDM machines efficiently.Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality and adherence to engineering specifications.Physical Requirements: Frequently lift, push, carry, or move items up to 25 lbs.Safety & Proximity: Work continually near machines with mechanical moving parts, sharp cutting surfaces, belts, and pullers.Machinist Qualifications:
Proven experience in complex machining operations and fabrication.Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating Sodick EDM machines.Strong background in jig, fixture, tool, and die work.Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, or move items up to 25 lbs.Knowledge of safety protocols when working near machines with mechanical moving parts, sharp cutting surfaces, belts, and pullers.High level of precision and attention to detail in all tasks.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
