Machinist Level 3 (FAA)
As a Machinist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our machining equipment to produce high-quality parts. Your expertise in machining processes and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
You will report directly to our Machine Shop Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and quality of our machining processes, ensuring that we meet customer requirements and maintain a high standard of excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and maintain machining equipment to produce parts according to specifications
• Set up and adjust machine tools and equipment to achieve desired results
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machining processes
• Work with other team members to optimize production schedules and meet customer demands

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a machinist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining machining equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
WE VALUE
• Technical certification or degree in machining or a related field
• Experience with CNC machining
• Knowledge of programming and operating computer-controlled machinery
