Machinist/Operator

**Job Overview:**
Join our team at Adecco as a **Machinist** with our client in Fredericktown, OH. You will be responsible for machining products to specifications, ensuring precision and quality in production.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Read and interpret 2D/3D CAD mechanical drawings.
+ Set up and operate machines within specified tolerances.
+ Monitor machine operations and perform general maintenance.
+ Assist with sub-assembly and final assembly as needed.
+ Train team members and ensure safety compliance.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1-2 years of manual machining experience.
+ Proficient in mathematical applications and machining processes.
+ Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
+ Valid driver’s license required.
**Skills:**
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to learn and accept constructive feedback.
+ Capable of conducting quality tests and inspections.
**Work Environment:**
+ Shop environment with PPE requirements (per OSHA standards).
+ Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and vibrations.
**Physical Demands:**
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
