**Job Title: CNC Machinist** **Job Description** We are looking for a CNC Machinist for 1st (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and 2nd (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) shifts. Training will be conducted on 1st shift for at least 2-3 months. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machines, specifically working on a TC-30 with Fagor controls. Experience with either Milacron Controls or Fagor controls is highly desirable. The candidate must also be capable of editing programming on the machine. **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and adjust controls on CNC Machines according to engineering specifications, production drawings, and procedures. + Check work in process to ensure adherence to quality and production standards. + Utilize micrometers, calipers, bore gages, and other inspection tools. + Change settings for various production runs. + Obtain and return work supplies from the tool crib as needed. + Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment operating conditions. + Use hand tools as required. + Deburr parts as part of completing production work. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience on CNC Machines. + Experience with troubleshooting, mechanical skills, blueprints, CNC, mills, and G&M codes. + Experience with setup and editing programs using Fagor or Fanuc controls. **Why Work Here?** We love promoting from within the company, offering ample opportunities for overtime as desired, and providing comprehensive company benefits including a 401(k) plan. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
