Estimated hourly base pay: $24.11 (minimum) - $30.14 (midpoint) - $36.17 (maximum) plus shift differential and overtime

These positions will be in our Rapid Complex Manufacturing department focusing on Studer Grinders. What You Will Be Doing
Setting up and operating Studer and manual grinders to process and manufacture materials to customer and company requirements and specifications.
Conducting tool offsets, changes and editing programs on machines and equipment as needed.
Performing required process checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial/depth indicators, shadow graph, laser mics, etc.
Processing and machining materials per company and customer work instructions and specifications.
Working from limited information in work instructions and blueprints, identifying gaps and providing solutions on manufacturing processes.
May provide training to others in the department when necessary.
Promoting teamwork within the organization.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering specifications and GD&T
Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects.
Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
What We Are Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
A minimum of 2 or more years of experience in machining is required
