Magnetic Academy: Preparing for the 3rd Round of Applications

The second flight of Magnetic Academy has been assembled, and the apprentices have already begun their aviation journey. The hiring process for the following round is expected to reopen in spring 2025. Until then, you can share your CV and motivation letter with us here. The Magnetic Academy program is your opportunity to start and fast-track your aviation career. Our aircraft maintenance division needs skilled technicians, which you can become through our dedicated apprentice program. Your theoretical know-how development is supported by the 320-hour classroom training curriculum delivered by the TSI Riga.

Main Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on aircraft, engines, and components under the guidance of a mentor Follow internal procedures and rules Work in shifts and meet the given deadline

Main Requirements

Secondary school diploma and having technical education in any trade is an advantage Great health and physical endurance (work involves sitting on knees, working at heights, in a confined place, using face masks, etc.) Ability to intake, retain, and utilize a large amount of information English Proficiency (written and spoken) Analytical thinking, the ability to finish tasks on time, and take responsibility The right to live and work in Estonia
