Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for all financial transactions for a wide variety of project types and must be organized, flexible and adept at multi-tasking. They are generally required to perform a wide variety of tasks daily, sometimes even simultaneously. They directly execute the financial aspects of assigned real estate projects throughout the project’s lifecycle from initiation to close out. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for various activities including but not limited to, process improvement, financial documents, communications (verbal & written) and template management.

JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Senior Program Delivery Manager, the Program Coordinator works closely with 3rd party vendors, internal vendors, and key client stakeholders to support excellent program delivery in a fast paced and demanding corporate environment.
EXPERIENCE SKILLS
Demonstrate proficiency or strong familiarity in the use and applications of:Microsoft Office SuiteExcel experience in data collection, and graph creationWork Order Management SystemsVideo Conferencing Systems (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)Smartsheet including creation of dashboardsSlack and other instant messaging softwareStrong ability to multi-taskAbility to Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form(s)Possess excellent grammar and proofreading abilitiesComply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics, and business practicesROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support programs by keeping records, white papers, and other program initiative files organized and readily availableAttend meetings, take notes, and send meeting minutesTrack and set priorities and follow up on action items to ensure timely submission and organization of action items in order to meet deadlinesManages 3rd party vendor performance to ensure they are meeting contract goals, KPI’s and SLAsManage monthly work orders, including meeting SLA timeframes for invoice submission, and approvalsCreates and updates monthly presentations highlighting key program notes, and shows SLA performance graphs/charts that are submitted to key stakeholdersPrepare monthly projects updatesReview budget documents prior to submission for accuracy and completenessApply principles of rational systems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsPerform basic business math such as compute discount, interest, percentage and profit/lossEffectively communicates both written and verballyThe ideal candidate will have an excitement for helping customers, has a ‘get to yes’ attitude, and proactively builds and maintains strategic relationships with their customers and colleaguesREQUIREMENTS | QUALIFICATIONS
