\n\nMail Clerk Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
\n\nStart Date: ASAP
\n\nWe are seeking a Mail Clerk for a contract opportunity with our client located in Irvine, CA!
\n\nThe Mail Clerk Job Description:
\n\n\n\t\n\tReceive incoming HOA mail, sort by state, association and type.
\n\t\n\t\n\tScan mail, rename file and email to appropriate employees/department.
\n\t\n\t\n\tMay also include various other tasks: Examples - Assist in submitting leasing registration to HOA’s, Receive emails for HOA dues and rename and save files.
\n\t\n\t\n\tAct as backup for reception coverage with greeting visitors and helping them check in
\n\t\n\n \n\nThe Mail Clerk Job Requirements:
\n\n\n\t\n\tPrior Mailroom and Document Scanning Experience would be a major plus
\n\t\n\t\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office
\n\t\n\t\n\tSuperior customer service skills
\n\t\n\t\n\tOther clerical duties as needed
