Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Mail Clerk to join our team. This role involves managing administrative tasks related to title processing, ensuring compliance with state laws, and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
+ File and sort incoming and outgoing mail.
+ Review and type in title work for insurance customers.
+ Complete applications for salvage titles.
+ Manage the entire process of setting up sales.
+ Process salvage titles from the state.
+ Stay current with title and salvage laws in multiple states.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of administrative/data entry experience.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
+ Strong time management skills.
+ Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
+ Excellent communication skills.
Work Environment
This position is on-site at our Baltimore title office, which has a close-knit team of 13 employees. The work environment fosters teamwork and collaboration, as well as individual responsibility in title processing tasks. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
