Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Mail Clerk to join our team. The Mail Clerk will be responsible for handling daily mail operations, including opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, as well as assisting with scanning and sending documents. The ideal candidate will also aid in the scanning and depositing of checks, ensuring that all mail and documents are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail in a timely and organized manner.

Assist with the scanning and electronic sending of various documents.

Scan and deposit checks following company procedures.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and documents.

Ensure confidentiality and security of all mail and documents handled.

Collaborate with team members to support office operations and meet deadlines.

Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a mailroom or clerical role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency with office equipment, including scanners and computers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
