Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented **Payment Processor** in Tempe, AZ to handle financial transactions, ensure accurate processing of payments, and maintain records in compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in payment processing or financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Process payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
+ Verify transaction details, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
+ Review and reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
+ Maintain accurate financial records and update customer payment information.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries and disputes.
+ Handle sensitive financial data securely and maintain confidentiality.
+ Generate reports on payment activities and transaction histories.
+ Assist with audits and compliance checks related to payment processing.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in payment processing, finance, or accounts receivable a plus!
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and payment processing software.
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Ability to handle high-volume transactions and meet deadlines.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
