Mail Room Clerk

One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a Mail Room Clerk to work on a 6- month assignment in their facilities in Midland, TX.
Job Responsibilities:
Professionally represents the company Real Estate and Facilities Services (REFS) organization both externally and within the company Assist with campus wide support service request as needed Coordinates office moves Receives and distributes incoming mail, interoffice, and packages Maintain and gather data metrics to support the activities of mail operations Posts all departments’ daily mail and delivery of posted mail to USPS downtown office Maintain postage machines/postage requests and supplies Preparation of all FedEx/UPS/services labels Place orders for standard office supplies and special request Move furniture and office components Maintain and operate loading dock area Safe operation of company motor vehicles and following all traffic laws and speed limits while driving
Requirement:
Minimum of 1 year of applicable of experience Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited, state certified program Shipping & Receiving experience Must possess a current, valid driver’s license Mus be able to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be customer service focused Construction knowledge preferred Ability to safely operate a pallet jack Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance Needs excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
