Adecco Healthcare and Life Science is hiring a **Mail Room Clerk** in **El Segundo, CA.** This role is onsite at one location. This is an entry level role with a large scale healthcare provider. Please see below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. **Type:** Six-month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer **Hours:** Monday – Friday 8AM – 4:30PM **Pay:** $19 per hour based on experience **Primary Responsibilities:** · Sort mail & deliver mail to the Corp 2175 and 2120 department on daily (will deliver mail to the other building by walking across the street) · Pick-up and delivery of all incoming and outgoing U.S. and inter-departmental mail, medical supplies, charts and x-rays. Inspects and verifies orders delivered to various sites and departments · Use the mailroom postage machine to postage 6000+ envelopes daily · Use the Piney Bowes Inserter Machine for check & EOB · Support curriers, FedEx, and UPS for incoming mail · Support inquiries to track UPS and FedEx incoming shipment. · Stock supplies for various sites and departments · Assists in the maintenance of inventory control system. · Prints departmental Purchasing Reports. · Provides temporary vacation relief as necessary. · Prepares outdated pharmaceuticals to be picked up for destruction, incineration or possible credit from vendors. **Qualifications:** · High School Diploma or GED · Relevant experience preferred · Knowledge of operating mailroom equipment · Current California Drivers license in good standing **Why Work for Adecco?** · Excellent Weekly Pay discussed during screening · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
