Job Description:

Location: Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey

CoWorx Staffing in conjunction with a leading printing solutions supplier is looking for Entry Level Mail room customer Representative in Woodcliff Lake, NJ

Pay ranges $17.50 to $18.50 per hour

ROLE SNAPSHOT: Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
– Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
– Strong focus on providing good customer service.
– Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location.
– Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.

Desired Background/Skills:

– High School diploma or GED equivalent or Relevant work experience required
– Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance
– Customer Service experience a plus
– Basic computer skills
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Tech Savvy a plus

8:00AM TO 5:00PM – 1 HOUR LUNCH
