Mail Service Associate

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm\n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for sets\/resets conference rooms\/beverage requests per the schedule provided by the Conference Center Coordinator\nConducts floor checks and maintains Conference Center to cleanliness and organization standards; performs weekly supply audits\nStocks and restocks assigned canteens and copy stations daily; reports issues to appropriate individuals\nResponds to customer concerns, escalating where necessary\nPerforms regular inspections of workspace(s) to identify area\/items\/equipment\/materials in need of repair, replacement, and\/or upgrades\nKeeps accurate records\/logs of inspections\/room checks\nCommunicates effectively and professionally through speech, email, chats, and phone calls\nProvides outstanding customer service at all times, without exception\nAssists\/backs up other team members when needed\nOther duties as assigned by management\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nHS Diploma or equivalency required\nWorking knowledge of mail\/distribution basics or office experience equivalent\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams\nMust demonstrate exceptional customer service skills; adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills\nMust be able to learn new skills quickly\nFlexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities\nStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision\nAble to remain diplomatic in stressful situations; team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders\/customers\nExhibits superior verbal and written customer service skills\nMaintains confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials\nAble to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and\/or sit for extended periods of time\nAble to lift or move 50lbs or greater at times\n
