The platform, which can be tailored to specific client requirements, features a robust mobile experience that allows users to navigate the workplace, schedule meetings with colleagues, reserve workspaces, use food and beverage services, and access building and concierge services. **Job Role** The Mail Services Coordinator is essential to the processing, preparation, and delivery of mail throughout Host-supported locations. They maintain a detailed daily schedule for the delivery of mail, packages, copy products, and stationery, and ensure that items are mailed and delivered quickly and efficiently. Responsible for stocking mail and postage supplies, inspecting deliveries, and processing shipment requests. This associate safeguards deliveries from damage and tampering, in addition to other duties such as responding to production needs. **What You'll Do** + Deliver mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groups/locations per the daily schedule. Ensure that all packages received/delivered are shipped and/or delivered on the same day. + Audit delivery invoices. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections. Check for contraband. Ensure all shipped packages are adequately protected against damage. + Process shipment requests with vendors, inform package owners of arrangements. Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages. + Stock copy rooms and provide first response for copier fleet production needs such as clearing jams (no tool repairs) and resolving if a technician is needed. + Additional responsibilities may involve coordinating online production/copy requests, arranging conference rooms for client meetings, and handling phone calls and messages. **What You'll Need** - High school graduate or GED required and a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related work experience in warehouse, shipping, and receiving. + Ability to comprehend, interpret, and write instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors. Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. + Warm and engaging demeanor. Ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help. + Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles and the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to address problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. + Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies, and applications. + Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 50 lbs. The minimum salary for the Mail Services Coordinator position is $21.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mail Services Coordinator position is $25.00 per hour.
