ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n
\n\nResponsible for all incoming\/outgoing mail services; receives, sorts and distributes all mail, packages, and office supplies daily, ensuring that all packages and accountable mail is tracked and signed for.\nRespond to inquiries and customer service requests with professionalism and expediency\nMaintain inventory of all necessary supplies\nKeeps accurate records\/logs of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages\nCollect and prepare monthly reports\nPerform regular inspections of workspace(s) to identify area\/items\/equipment\/materials in need of repair, replacement, and\/or upgrades\nTrain, coach, and mentor office services associates and\/or junior associates\nSets priorities, motivates others, and fosters\/nurtures teamwork\nCommunicate effective and professionally through speech, email, chats, and phone\nProvides outstanding customer service at all times, without exception\nProvides support and training to all associates to ensure proper coverage in mail operations, facility support, conference center support as well as switchboard\nOther duties as assigned by management
