Description + Mail and Package Delivery: Deliver mail, packages, and office supplies to assigned individuals or departments as per the daily schedule. Ensure same-day delivery for all received packages or communicate next-day delivery when necessary. + Pantry and Concierge Support: Restock pantry items and provide light concierge services as part of the role. + Equipment Handling: Operate printers, copiers, and other small office equipment as needed, ensuring functionality and maintenance. + Reprographics Tasks: Provide assistance with creating posters, signage, and other reprographic needs when required. + Communication: Interact professionally with clients, including senior leadership, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and courteously. + Safety Protocol Adherence: Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines, policies, and procedures. This includes wearing required PPE, reporting unsafe conditions, and participating actively in safety activities like audits and incident investigations. Requirements Key Attributes: + Must-Have Skills: + Previous mailroom experience, preferably in a corporate office environment. + Commitment to safety-first practices. + Nice-to-Have Skills: + Reprographics experience with tasks such as creating posters and signage. + Familiarity with remote office operations is a plus.
