Mail Services Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n
\n\nCustomer Service and serve as client's primary contact for service and issues.\nProvide support and coverage as needed.\nDevelop team strengths and improve weaknesses.\nCommunicate team goals and evaluate team progress.\nResolve conflict.\nLearn all aspects of mail operations and provide coverage during absences.\nEnsure safety and security procedures are followed always.\nAssist with monthly management reporting.\nEnsure all employee training (new hire, floaters, cross training, site required) is performed and at standard.\nRespond to client issues and ensure appropriate escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to Senior Operation Manager without delay.\nHandling packages and Equipment coming into the mail center\nDeliver mail and packages to recipients using package tracking software\nCreate shipping labels\nProcess outbound U.S & Int'L mail\nMaintain a clean and safe workspace.\nAssist with employee moves.\nMove furniture if required.\nHelp with Conference room set ups if needed.\nMonitoring shred bins throughout the buildings and swapping them out when full.\nHelp with various task required from facilities.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS:\n
\n\nTwo years or more of experience in an office environment.\n2-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nStrong work ethic; diplomatic; team and service oriented; builds strong working relationships.\nExhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.\nExhibits exceptional customer service skills.\nConsistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.\nProven ability to remain calm under pressure; resilient.\nSound judgment and problem-solving ability.\nAble to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.\nDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.\nAssertive and resourceful; motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative without
direction.\nMust be able to lift 50lbs.\n
