We are seeking a dedicated Mail Specialist to join our team in a bustling corporate headquarters environment. The primary responsibilities include delivering mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groups or locations as per the daily schedule. The role demands a strong focus on safety and exceptional service to clients. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding job that involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groups or locations per daily schedule.Ensure all packages received and delivered are shipped and/or delivered on the same day or notify the consignee of next day delivery.Perform light concierge work, including restocking items and pantry work.Maintain a safety-first mindset while providing excellent service to clients.Essential SkillsExperience with SharePointPrevious mailroom experienceCustomer service skillsProficiency in handling and sorting mail and packagesAt least 5 years of experience in a similar roleExperience in leasing, property management, real estate, and administrative supportAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with reprographics (posters and signage)Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeHigh school diploma or GEDWork Environment
The position is based on-site at a major global media and entertainment company, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
