Currently seeking a Mailing Machine Operator for a full time temporary to permanent position in Norton, MA.

Responsibilities of Mailing Machine Operator
-Calibrate and set-up machinery
-Safely operated direct mailing machines including Transport Bases, Inkjet equipment, Stream Feeder, Match Mailing equipment
-Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
-Load and unload materials from machines
-Inspect and test operation of the machines
-Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise
-Perform final quality checks accepting or rejecting items based on results
-Maintain all logs, records, and documents
-Work closely with coworkers and vendors to produce optimum results
-Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines
-Complete other related tasks as they are assigned

Qualifications of Mailing Machine Operator
-Minimum High school Diploma or equivalent
-3-5 years experience in a production environment
-At least 5 years experience operating direct mail machines
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting goals and deadlines
-Great analytical and problem solving skills
-Ability to multi task
-Process math and calculating skills
-Able to stand throughout shift and lift 40lbd regularly
-Valid driver s license

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate $20.00/hr
