**Mailroom Associate** **Location:** Lexington, KY **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Some overtime may be required) **Compensation:** $17.00/hour plus excellent benefits. Join our team as a Mailroom Associate and play a vital role in our operations. **Why Join Us?** + **Competitive Pay:** Start at $17/hour with opportunities for growth. + **Fantastic Benefits:** Enjoy health insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and more! + **Work-Life Balance:** Regular weekday hours with occasional overtime. + **Team Environment:** Be part of a collaborative and supportive workplace **Key Responsibilities** As a Mailroom Associate, you’ll: + Receive, process, and classify documents (both electronic and physical) to ensure accurate data transmission. + Process outbound correspondence on behalf of clients. + Sort, image, file, and archive documents based on type and contract requirements. + Input and verify data using automated tools and client-specific instructions. + Capture and transmit information to the appropriate teams or departments. + Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and distribution. + Safely use a pallet jack to move items and assist with warehouse operations. + Operate a box truck as needed for transporting mail or materials between locations. + Contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment by organizing and coordinating data and mail-related tasks. + Perform other administrative or technical duties as assigned while complying with all company policies and standards. **What We’re Looking For** + Must be 18 years or older. + Education: High School Diploma or GED required. + Background Requirements: Ability to pass a background screen and drug test. + Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform warehouse duties. + Experience using a pallet jack and operating a box truck is required. + Strong organizational and multitasking skills. **Ready to Join Our Team?** Take the next step in your career by applying today! The estimated salary range for this role is $27,280 - 34,100.
