SIG has a job opportunity for a Mailroom Associate to join our team in our Bala Cynwyd headquarters, just minutes outside of Center City Philadelphia.
Our mailroom team manages the established shipping and receiving procedures for 900+ people throughout our headquarters. Our team works quickly with a service oriented approach.
In this role, you will receive, sort, store, and distribute mail, newspaper subscriptions and deliveries. You will also be responsible for receiving large shipments of procured goods at our building’s loading dock. You will manage office supply inventory and maintain relationships with SIG’s existing shipping and office supply vendors. You will coordinate the deliveries of technology assets to our headquarters and to our regional and international offices. Members of our Stockroom, Mailroom and Purchasing teams also have the opportunity to actively cross-train and provide support and back-up for each other when needed.
