JOB SUMMARY

This role manages all incoming and outgoing mail for the corporate Texas office. This is a key member of the team at corporate backing up several functions. 

 



Essential Functions

·         Prepare and Scan POD’s - backup

 

·         Prepare and Scan AP Invoices – backup

 

Process Outgoing and Incoming Office Mail

Sign for incoming packages and distribute to appropriate People and/or Locations

Work in Kofax Quality Control and Validation as assigned

Vendor Setup – Backup

Receptionist – Backup for vacations, breaks, sick days, etc.

Work in Onbase as assigned.

Work the expense report help email to setup employees

Document Control position – backup for vacations, sick days, etc.

Other AP department assistance tasks and projects

Various other tasks as needed

Credit Applications – prepare and provide to vendors with appropriate signatures as needed
