This role will support the Mailroom Manager with various tasks including sorting mail, sorting through faxes, and assisting with incoming and outgoing mail. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a reputable company.
Responsibilities
+ Sort incoming and outgoing mail.
+ Sort and organize faxes.
+ Assist with various clerical tasks.
+ Perform scanning duties as required.
Essential Skills
+ High School Diploma
+ Proficiency in MS Office
+ Must reside within 15-20 miles of the worksite
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Previous experience in a mailroom or similar environment is advantageous.
Work Environment
The mailroom team consists of 20 members who are cross-trained in both incoming and outgoing mail. The working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility for staff members who need to drop off their children in the morning. The workday is 8 hours long, including an unpaid half-hour lunch break and two 10-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon. The team benefits from a collaborative environment under the leadership of a manager with 20 years of experience in the company, including 15 years in management.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
