Location: On-site in Elpaso, TX 
Hourly Rate: $14.00/hr.

Training hours: Mon-Fri | 8:00am-4:30pm | 2-4 weeks
Shifts Available: Mon-Sat 8:00am to clean desk | With one day off during the week (maybe asked to work on off day depending on volume) |  Must be available to able to work 12 hour shift if needed (Depending on volume)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Document Processing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, processing, and delivering both incoming and outgoing mail. Key Responsibilities:

\n\n Prepare all incoming mail for delivery to the appropriate business units.\n Sort and organize incoming mail, including moving carts and lifting bagged mail.\n Slice, weigh, and prepare trays and tubs of mail for processing.\n Open and sort mail by document type.\n Prepare outgoing mail for business units as needed.\n Deliver packages to various departments within the company.\n\n

Requirements:

\n\n Must be at least 18 years of age.\n High School Diploma or GED required.\n Eligible to work in the United States.\n *Must be available to work a 12hr shift if needed.\n Must be able to lift and move 30 lbs bags of mail.\n Must be willing to cross train in other areas of business function (i.e scanning )\n Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\n Punctuality and excellent attendance are essential.\n Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team.\n Comfort standing for extended periods.\n Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug test\n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $25,200-31,500.
