Mailroom Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

To provide the highest standard of mailroom service at client site with the team at all timesMaintain relationships with equipment vendors and monitor equipment performancePropose suggestions to improve operation process and proceduresIdentify opportunities for service enhancement and growth of businessBuild and maintain excellent client relationship and assure the highest customer service standards and client communicationFollow up issues and apply examples of good practiceLead and manage staff to provide quality service to ensure client service expectation is metFoster a positive, cohesive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment between staff members of both intra- and inter-office departmentsMaintain site employee capability matrixPrepare monthly site invoicePrepare annual and ad hoc budgets for site operations

Job Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in which at least 1 years in supervisory rolePrevious mailroom experience is a must, ideally from customer driven and professional service backgroundAble to lead, motivate, train & retain staffAble to delegate, prioritize and handle multiple tasksStrong customer service skills and professionalismProficient in Microsoft OfficeGood command of English and Cantonese is a must
