Mailroom Team Lead

\n

Location: Lexington, KY

\n

Pay: $17.00 HR & Great Benefits   

\n

 Schedule: 10 am to clean desk, usually 6:30 pm

About the Team Lead role

\n

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient operations of the mailroom. Responsible for leading and assisting 15-20 team members, troubleshooting, and maintaining all areas of the work floor ensuring that day to day operations is smoothly operating and ensure high-quality output. Joining our team as a Team Lead requires individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in our production processes.

 Responsibilities

\n\n Monitor systems and network to ensure mail is flowing smoothly.\n Fix errors that and resume network flow.\n Process rejected letters appropriately.\n Help the team on the floor, answer questions.\n Verify data from automated data extraction tools.\n Ensure the transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level. \n\n

Requirements

\n\n Demonstrated leadership skills\n High school diploma or equivalent.\n Machine operating, warehouse or mailroom experience preferred.\n Basic computer skills\n Good organizational skills\n Attention to detail.\n Excellent communication skills\n Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner.\n Ability to pass a background check.\n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The pay for this role is $17.00.
