THE JOB:

As a Main Kitchen Cook at MGM Springfield, you will be at the center of our culinary operations, preparing a variety of high-quality dishes that showcase your skills and creativity. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will ensure consistency, presentation, and flavor while upholding the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

THE STARTING RATE:

$20.65 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and production standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences.Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Prior experience working in a high-volume production restaurant within a culinary role.Knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques.Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
