A Brief Overview The Main Service Representative is responsible for the coordination of the Service Representatives operational tasks. Assists in the daily consolidation process. What You’ll Need to Succeed · Control and coordinate the regular operations flow of the Branch, including the management of the vault, registers, ATM’s, Direct Branch System, Branch Balancing, etc. · Coordinates and controls the procedures and duties performed by the Service Representatives, as well as receive and deliver cash following the cash balances control procedures. · Responsible for the security system monitoring such as, ATM’s and vault management and submit monthly reports to centralized areas. · Performs accounting duties, including the preparation of the daily consolidation, GL, and accounting journal entries. · Manages the cash reserve, receiving the cash reserve delivery, controlling the cashiers’ cash limits, and tallying the reserve. · Complies with all related laws and regulations, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Truth in Lending, Truth in Savings, US Patriot Act and Community Reimbursement Act, among others. · Monitors cashier differences and completes appropriate reports and submits them to the Branch Assistant Manager. Also perform unexpected cash count to cashiers. · Submits daily operations reports as Activity Summary Recap and Branch Recap Totals. · Ensures that check and withdrawals transactions stay within established limits cashing. · Submit daily operations reports such as: Large Cash Activity Summary, Recap, Branch Recap Totals, Center Sequence and Savings Reject. · Prepares other reports as needed, for example: False Bills, $10M Cash over transactions, and Bait Money. · Take responsibility for revisions and audit results of the Branch. · Responsible for the scanning of all transactions in the Direct Branch on a timely manner. · Performs data entry and refers to appropriate areas for any information system situations. · Maintain updated signature card file. Coordinates with Branch Assistant Manager to delegate this and other administrative responsibilities to the Sales and Service Representative, as needed. · Ensures customer satisfaction standards of service. · Provides / monitors the service given to customers while waiting in line. · Performs administrative duties such as, the maintenance of logs and work area documents, to perform and submit several reports, security testing and reports. · Ensure and coordinate that the service representative has all the equipment and materials needed to provide a quality service to our customers. · Support the Branch Assistant Manager with the operational responsibilities, including but not limited to the FINCEN 105 verification. · Assists branch and Retail & Business Banking in special projects and assignments. Competencies · Planning and organization · Problem Solving · Communication and interpersonal relations · Initiative and creativity · Effort and engagement · Team work · Analytical thinking · Customer Service · Sales oriented. · Quality What You’ll Need: · Associate degree, preferably in Accounting, but not limited to others. · Minimum of one and a half years of experience as a Service Representative. · Knowledge of banking laws and regulations such as: Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act, US Patriot Act, Community Reimbursement Act, Truth in Lending and Truth in Savings, among others. · Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Spanish. · Computer literate in the use of MS Office. · Available to work holidays, weekends, and flexible schedules. Also available to be transferred to other Branches. · Banking products and service knowledge. Also, knowledge of the operational issues concerning each product and service.
