This role requires deep technical expertise, innovative problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset to manage and evolve the platform into a more modern solution that aligns with business goals. You will: 1. Lead the maintenance and enhancement of the existing IAM platform, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability. 2. Architect and implement strategies to modernize the platform, integrating modern technologies and methodologies while preserving critical legacy capabilities. 3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IAM team, fostering knowledge sharing and growth. 4.
