Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled Application Developer to join an insurance client. You will support the companys top strategic priorities by working within the Service Operations team for the CLOAS application. This team provides 24/7 support and manages the day-to-day operations of CLOAS and its peripheral systems, ensuring system health and implementing necessary changes. You will utilize your skills to support a mainframe-based application. This position can pay from $4-$13 USD. Skills and Requirements 4-year college degree or relevant equivalent experience with strong mainframe (Assembler, COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS) programming skills and production support experience preferably in insurance/finance domain.  Excellent analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset, with ability to understand complex business logic, analyze the system and data, to identify changes needed, and understand impact of changes on the various products and system functionalities.  Basic experience with SQL and data analysis.  Experience working in a cross-functional team environment on a complex mainframe system and having good problem-solving skills and a results-oriented outlook.  Good communication skills ability to work with various stakeholders, managing concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities.
