Responsibilities: Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements and technical specifications Execute test cases and document results to ensure the quality and functionality of mainframe applications Identify and report defects and issues to development teams and work with them to resolve problems Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality software Provide support to end-users during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers and team members Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform database testing Experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution
