Complete Description:
Position will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of standards, naming conventions, and ongoing deployment of a multi-data center DB2 environment, including disaster recovery, high availability, and data center relocation projects. Must have extensive experience with the installation, support, and roll-out of DB2 components, BMC Tools and Utilities, and related products. Must have complete familiarity with z/OS, TSO/ISPF and IBM utilities. Experience with SMP/E, Sysplex environments, and DB2 integration with WLM is desired. Position will provide technical support to application and data center staffs. Additional desired skills are Oracle, SQL, z/VM, LInux and MVS systems.
